How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. We ship with Royal Mail, and delivery usually takes 2–3 business days (Royal Mail 2nd Class) or 1–2 business days (1st Class)

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. Hopefully international shipping will be coming in the future!

What is your return policy? 

Change of mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (return postage at customer’s expense).

Damaged or faulty items: If your burner, candle, or reed diffuser arrives damaged or broken, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

If a wax melt arrives broken, don’t worry — it will still perform just as beautifully in your warmer, so these aren’t eligible for return/refund.
